1 Definitions and Introduction

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings given below:

• "Platform" refers to the qqer website (qqer.cam) and all services operated under it.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any person who has registered or wishes to register on the Platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile on the Platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Amounts

The minimum deposit amount on the qqer platform is ৳200 per method. There is no specific maximum deposit limit, however qqer may request verification for larger amounts if deemed necessary.

3.2 Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum amount for each withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Account verification must be completed before withdrawing.

4 Welcome Bonus and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible to receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus and other promotional bonuses can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer applies only once per individual, household, address, IP address and payment method.
• Real money cannot be withdrawn using bonus funds until the wagering requirement has been met.
• qqer reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or attempted fraud is proven, the account may be closed.

4.4 VIP Program

qqer has three VIP tiers. Regular players are promoted to higher tiers based on their activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play
